  1. Cut the fish into pieces if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.

  2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add the oil and pan fry the fish in a single layer until both sides are crispy and golden brown. Flip gently to avoid breaking fish.

  3. Add sauce ingredients to pan and cook just until butter begins to brown and ingredients are incorporated.
