Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Pat tuna steaks dry with a paper towel. Place in shallow baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, pepper, and cayenne until honey is fully dissolved. Pour over tuna steaks and turn to coat completely. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add oil to the hot pan. Sear the tuna for 1-1 1/2 minutes on each side for medium rare. This time will vary based on thickness of steaks and heat of pan.
