Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet or line with silicone mat or parchment paper.

In large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and molasses until fluffy. Beat in eggs.

Mix in dry ingredients slowly. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes and cool on wire racks.
