Brown cubed chicken in oil in large skillet over medium heat. After browned on each side, add soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and juice of one lemon and continue cooking until cooked through. Add honey, toss to glaze, and then remove to bowl.

In same pan, cook peppers, onions, and cabbage (or any vegetables of choice) until tender.

While vegetables are cooking, whisk together remaining soy sauce, honey, and lemon. Add to vegetables. Stir in rice and return chicken to pan. Stir to incorporate sauce and cook until heated through. Garnish with sliced green onions.
