High Protein Pecan Waffles

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. In separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients and then stir in pecans. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Preheat waffle iron. When ready, spread batter into center 2/3 of surface as batter will spread when iron closes.

  3. Recipe will make 3 large (4 square waffles each) waffles.
