Dijon Vinaigrette Potato Salad

Boil potatoes in large pot of salted water until fork tender - about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, caper liquid, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, chives, parsley, tarragon, and capers and toss gently to coat.

Serve at room temperature.
