Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 16 muffin cups or line with papers.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg, oil, yogurt and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips.

Scoop batter into muffin cups and bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.
