Candied Pecans

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat egg white and water together until frothy. Toss pecans in the egg white mixture. Mix sugar mixture into pecans until pecans are evenly coated.

Spread coated pecans onto baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are evenly browned - about 1 hour.
