Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, then eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
4 Melt chocolate in microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between. Stir chocolate into cream cheese.
5 Spoon cream cheese mixture into each cup (1 T for minis, 2 T for full size
6 Bake minis for about 20 minutes or full-sized for about 30 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted into centers comes out mostly clean.
7 Cool and then chill completely in refrigerator.
8 Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips.
