(or half bag frozen, chopped)

Instructions

In Dutch oven, brown sausage with garlic.

Stir in broth, tomatoes, carrots, beans, and seasonings. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until carrots are near tender.

Add spinach and orzo and continue simmering until orzo is al dente.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
