Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb sausage (browned and crumbled)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup dry Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x9 baking dish.

    Drain sausage and place meat into pan. Top with cheese.

    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over top.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Knife inserted into center should come out clean.
