Curry Vinaigrette/Marinade

Ingredients

Curry Vinaigrette/Marinade

¹⁄₂ cup olive oil
1 lemon (zest and juice)
4 clove garlic (minced)
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
cayenne pepper or red chili flakes (to taste)
salt (to taste)

Instructions

Prepare vinaigrette by whisking together all ingredients. Can be used as a marinade or as a dressing. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
