Dutch Apple Pancake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in oven proof skillet or 9 inch pie plate.

Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Gently fold in apples.

Pour egg into hot pie plate over melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until pancake is golden and fluffy.

Serve immediately. Pancake will begin to shrink as soon as it's removed from oven.
